I have won and I have lost in this road called life.
I am a man of few days filled with much trouble and strife.
Though I cannot see what lies ahead with these eyes of sight.
However, by faith I can see far beyond all that’s wrong and find that which is right.
I have been brought on this road to a point that requires internal light.
Therefore, I must shine like a beacon to show the way to those without sight.
I have been created anew that I would be Christ workmanship.
My life is now a testimony of His redemptive purpose.
I must fight the good fight and by faith finish my course in the power of the Holy Spirit.
To show forth the Glory of Jesus Christ to all those still trapped in sin and darkness and who are spiritually weary.
Matthew 11:28-30 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden {and} overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good--not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light {and} easy to be borne. (Quick Amplified Bible)
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing {and} producing {and} achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!], Since we consider {and} look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless {and} everlasting. (Quick Amplified Bible)
