Why Bear Your Burdens Alone
By Thomas E. Kittrell

Why try to bear your burdens alone
And stagger under the heavy load
They are much too heavy for you
As you travel this life's road
There's help available for you
As you struggle along life's way
It is free, there is no charge
There is nothing you must pay
Jesus wants to share your load
He wants to give you rest
Take Him up on His offer
Just put Him to the test
Step into the yoke with Jesus
Let Him share your every pain
Friend, you've nothing to lose
You have everything to gain
Dear friend, do not be held back
By the tug of foolish pride
The journey is so much easier
With Jesus walking daily at your side
Satan will try to work on your ego
And tell you that you are strong
Do not let him deceive you
Everything he says is all wrong
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
He is the Rock on which to stand
If you try to bear your burdens alone
You will only perish in the shifting sand
The yoke that Jesus has designed
Is made not for one, but two
He made it with you in mind
It will fit none but Jesus and you
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart:
and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:29-30 KJV)

Thanks, If Jesus was not my burden bearer I would have lost my mind eventually. But there is always someone worst off than we, but we must persevere as Jesus did. He was the perfect example
