So many things happen
That we can’t explain
We fidget and we fret
And we’re prone to ask:
“But why can’t God…?”
“Oh why won’t God…?”
But if we’d only ponder
And be quite objective
This is what we’ll see
As plain as plain can be
It’s not God’s can’t
It’s not God’s won’t
It’s simply man’s but…
All that we need
Desire, require, and perspire for
Pursue, long for, and bellyache for
Sometimes even compromise our faith to get
Are to be found in El-Shaddai
The all-sufficient God, our Dad.

Peace in our homes:

Breakthrough in business:
But why can’t God…
Oh why won’t God…
JUST DO IT?!?
