Faith is something that can be good or bad. What makes Faith real is what you put your Faith in. Your faith can only go as far is what you put it in. That’s why so many people in life live defeated and depressed, they feel as if they’ve been failed, but really they trusted the wrong things. It doesn’t matter the size of your faith if its in the wrong places. Your faith can be as small as a mustard see but grow to be something much bigger if put in the right place. Worldly things will fail us, everything thing we see won’t last forever, it’s the things unseen that last forever. Seeing isn’t believing, faith is about trusting something you don’t see. What we learn from faith is far more valuable than we could ever imagine. Not only do we learn to trust but we learn to hope and love and pray. When we depend on something other than ourselves it causes us to form relationships and we learn to lean on others. When our mind fails us, when the world disappoints us, when our friend betrays us, when our enemy beats us, that’s when our faith kicks in. What many people don’t realize is faith isn’t only in our darkest moments or when we take our hardest blows, no if we can manage to shift our faith into every moment of our life it helps us in our brightest moments. Faith can make us do things that without we were too scared to even try. The benefits are countless but just one is the confidence you receive. The key to faith is to have a strong foundation to base it off. There is only one thing worthy of all your trust and hope and faith. He is the only thing that will never fail or forsake you. That is the God almighty. You see he is truth, he is light, he is the way. Maybe if your looking for something to put your faith in you should try God, you won’t be sorry. It says in the Bible in the book of Hebrews chapter eleven verse one, “Faith is being sure of what we hope for, its being certain of what we do not see.” Nothing in life is guaranteed, nothing is absolutely certain, except God. You may have faith of a mustard seed about who God is and how to trust him, but its more than enough. My faith in God isn’t perfect, like waves its ever changing. Even though its not perfect it never fails, it never leaves, it never forsakes me. I do my part of giving God the controls, then God does the rest. My faith is a journey, but its not made alone. Though I don’t know tomorrow I have faith that I’m not facing it alone.
