I sit on my porch early one morn pondering the goodness of God.
Life is funny we often say, I often think what you’d say. For after all you created the earth in six days. Animals and man you created, all was perfect. God does life get you down? As it does me.
How do you view the human race? You sent your only begotten son so we might have eternal life. Yes, your mercies are new every morning. New every morning to me and others. Your blessings are here for the asking.
We fail at times, asking for the blessings of God. Everyday we need you in our life. Those of us who call upon your name. The ones who call you Savior and Lord. We are awaiting your arrival.
I have seen you work miracles in my life and you are continuing. The promises of God are yea and amen. You are the I am. Nothing is unnoticed by you nor does the happenings of earth surprise you. Even Satan has no authority like your authority. Yes, even he has to ask your permission.
The wonders of the universe belong to you. Only you can claim the credit for such a magnificent creation. The scientist will say what they believe and believe what they say. But there is only one God capable of creation. Life begins in the womb and ends at death.
And your mercies are new every morning….
As your children we should believe for your miracles and run like the wind. Telling others of your goodness to us, only deserving because you first loved us. Even when we encounter various trials your mercies are new every morning.
