This couplet jumped out at me: "Brightly shine, let shadows flee
Darkness will not swallow me." That makes for a good "instant" prayer to memorize for those cloudy days when we feel overwhelmed. Thanks so much for encouraging others out of your own experience, as my dad used to do. I recall him writing: "I woke up so discouraged this morning, I figured I needed to write letters to encourage somebody." I love you, friend!
