DO I? DO YOU?

DO I? DO YOU?

This is a question I consider to be very important.

Do I, do you, know Jesus personally, intimately or do we just know about him?

One may say, "Yes, I believe there is a God"...well, the devil believes and trembles, but he does not believe IN God, does He?

We know who the President of the USA is, but we do not know him personally?

How many people think they are born again because they attend church services, give some money to the church and do good works. Unfortunately there are more than we realize that think this way.

When you have an encounter with JESUS and accept Him as the resurrected Son of the living God you are born again; you become a new creation. Then the journey of getting to know HIM personally and intimately begins. You spend time with HIM in his word, in prayer, in fellowship daily. You become intimately acquainted with HIM to the point that you are aware of HIS presence with you at all times. You discuss your problems and your joys with HIM. He becomes your very life and you know whatever comes into your life, HE is right there with you to show you how to overcome it or walk you through it.

I realize this is a FaithWriters venue, but this topic has been so strong in my spirit for several weeks now and when this takes place in my life I know it is to share to help someone that might be deceived 'thinking' they are saved when they are not. The only way anyone is saved (born again) is in accepting what JESUS did on the cross and asking HIM to be Lord of your life. Just because one was raised in a Christian family does not mean they are born again (saved).

I do not know who this is for, but I do know that someone will read this and will be helped or they know someone that needs to hear this.

I pray that Jesus will reveal himself to the readers of this submission in a way only they can accept.

BE BLESSED

Being born again is walking with Jesus day by day by day. How could anyone want to live any other way?
