A life of example and sacrifice for others
With little assistance from man
Regardless of hardships he brought us the faith
He worked through his life the best he can.
He knows he must die at the hands of the law
In order to achieve the goal
Though stabbed by betrayal he loves all above self
For Gods Spirit resides in his soul.

The life of Jesus tells the story
Of no greater love, no greater glory
In the pain of his death, he pleaded for men
His Father he asks to forgive
His task is complete, God’s will has been done
Mankind has been given it’s chance to live.
With the keys to death and hell in his hand
He ascended forever to glory
It’s now up to us to learn and to follow
