The song artist Len Barry placed primary education and love on the same basis. We don’t have to understand the mystery of love to experience it. 1-2-3 or A-B-C, it’s easy to fall in love. It becomes more of a challenge when we are given a choice.

David did not want to receive his punishment from a heartless enemy. He threw himself upon the altar of God’s mercy. He knew a loving father disciplines a wayward son and he would willingly submit to his heavenly Father. Three days of disease took the lives of many and softened the heart of a King. David knew he alone should be held accountable. Mercy prevailed and sacrifices and offerings were given from a sorrowful heart.
