I miss God
most especially the story that he tells me,
reminding me constantly that he is the same today and forever
I miss God
most especially the presence and smell of his aroma
His embrace gives me peace
Is no wonder i am safe in his arms
I miss God
most especially the smile that lits the darkness in my life
No wonder tears fills my bed
I miss God
most especially the sound of his voice
Early in the morning the lord wakes me up to seek his presence
I miss God
the world is speaking too loud
and my ears desires and longs for latest gossip that surrounds me
I miss God
No wonder is too hard to breathe
no wonder i thirst so bad
no wonder i feel so lonely and empty
I miss God
Old me threatens my soul
My old me is a barrier to the greatness of my future,
So i cry each Day longing for deliverance.
I miss God
Please tell someone to play the harp of David,
so i could drive that ugly chimpanzee away.
I heard that he is stubborn and he is determined to see me
fail
I miss God
I'm tired of playing the Chimpanzee's game
How long will i be a slave to him?
Who has made him lord over me?
I feel God
I just called him
He heard my cry for his comfort
I feel God
I called and he answered.
I am no longer lonely
The feast of depression has become sour.
I wish i had known the bitter taste of misery
I would ave spit on the giver
I feel God
the touch of his embrace
the smell of his aroma
and the smile that gives me joy
I feel Joy
I am glad
the lord has not left me behind
he runs with me
even to the up most part of the mountain
The valleys pay their respect because i have God
I love God
and i am so glad that he loves me
Let all rejoice with me.
