Lord, what can I do today, to make someone's life brighter;
Just to lift their spirit or make their load lighter?
Does that stranger next to me need a simple smile?
I don't want to be afraid to go the extra mile.
We are all in need of a random act of kindness.
The world is full of self-centeredness and blindness.
If I can be a blessing to just one soul in need.
My day will have meaning and I will have planted a seed.
