David was looking over the railing at the beautiful Irish coastline. " So the devil had to ask permission before he could tempt Job".
" That's right" Charlene replied as she kept looking at the bible passage. " God only allows as much as the person can handle".
A steward walked up and now stood next to them at the railing. They noticed that the huge ship was anchoring off of Roche's Point and not docked somewhere. A very small group of passengers were getting off the ship.
" We're not docking in Queenstown because the ship is too big to berth" the steward said as he began to walk away.
David watched as a tug carrying new passengers pulled up alongside. As they came on board, Fourth Officer Boxhall wrote the number of new arrivals on a sheet of paper. He later told First Officer Murdoch that seven second class and one hundred and thirteen third class passengers had come on board.
