After going through this web-site, I am very much interested to involve my self with humanist activities. I want to open a branch of the humanist association in India under the banner of American Humanist Association. I am a freelance journalist and a lawyer also.I want to provide free legal services to poor and have not people of India and other countries if permitted.So far my knowledge is concerned,all religions are the creation of human society.I believe the religion of "HUMANISM".There are lot of blind beliefs and faiths in India which cause various problems in the society like inequality and others.In my opinion good is god and god is good. Though I have not seen the god but I have felt it in my heart. There is a great importance of the word "GOD". God is omnipresent. I think the true humanists are godly men. They have a vital role to wards eradication of poverty and bringing peace all over the nations of world. World is a stage, we are just actor and actress,and after staging our action,we will vanish away leaving every thing.All the natural resources are the creation of god(unseen power) also.Hence,every individual has got right to leave in a discipline manner at par with other individual of the society.That so why we have nominated/selected and elected leaders for us, who will treat all equally. But practically it is not being followed. Man is running after wealth for his own self,own interest by ignoring the simple,innocent poor and have not people. It causes rise of capitalists,corrupt political leaders,religious leaders and administrators,who accumulate wealth for their vested interest and some times utilize it in a wrong full manner. This also cause crimes and terrors in different nations as because the poor and have not people always depend upon the hand of capitalists. It is the basic duty of all nations to provide food,shelter and clothes for all the human beings. It is sure that within the available natural and human resources all the nations are capable to generate 100%job opportunities in agricultural and other sectors,if properly planned and implemented. God has provided sufficient resources for existence of human society. It is the duty of leader to distribute it equally among the human society and to utilize the services of all human beings to improve the economy condition of the world as a whole.
I hope American Humanist Association will think over the issue. I will be very very happy, if the views of the Association is communicated to me. God bless you.
