Morning Kiss
The light has a golden tint
On our morning walls,
A kiss on our day
From the Father.
The night's respite short,
The day ahead long
But in this moment
The Father is here.
He is always here,
Yet in this quiet
We are still and we know
He is God.
Ah, the gold has turned to white.
The day is calling,
It's time to get up
And walk with Him.
