Uppercase, what to say, when we pray, Matthew 6:9;
subsequent lowercase, my commentary.
OUR FATHER;
Our Father, my Dad.
WHO ART IN HEAVEN;
You are in heaven . . . and with me too;
HALLOWED BE THY NAME;
Hallowed be your precious name;
THY KINGDOM COME;
Dad, may your holy kingdom, come;
THY WILL BE DONE;
And may your full will, be done;
ON EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN;
On earth, in me, as it is, in heaven;
GIVE US THIS DAY, OUR DAILY BREAD;
Allow only today, what will do me today;
FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSES;
And please do forgive my trespasses;
AS WE FORGIVE THOSE, WHO TRESPASS AGAINST US;
But only as I forgive those, who trespass, against me;
AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION,
Lead me into righteousness, Dad, and away from temptation;
BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
And, deliver me, from evil.
AMEN.
Amen, . . . thank you, our Father; thank you, my Dad.
