The light filters through the room.
Sunshine fills me to the bottom of my soul.
Love created in me a wondrous flow.
Nothing else could leave me feeling whole.
You transformed me into a worthy person.
No more do I weep or moan.
I feel the warmth of compassion.
Feeling as though my life has grown.
Thank you God for instilling in me.
A chance to let go of my past.
Like a bird flying forever free.
The sky above me has become so vast.
Guide my words so that I may touch others.
I want them to see a beautiful type of love.
Not love that has been perverted with the world.
But sprinkled with blessings from above.
Thank you for showing me the important one.
The one I will forever cherish and more.
Giving me a chance to see life again.
