This is one of the poems I wrote during my time of grieving. It was how God helped me to release the toxin within. The same struggles I faced in my natural family was also faced in my spiritual family so this poem helped me to deal with the issue at hand; knowing that we are all sinners saved by grace or waiting to experience salvation. Therefore we will make mistakes along the way. The beauty is that mistakes are forgivable. God does not want us to sit and sink in sin, He wants us to come to Him with a repentant heart, seeking His forgivness. We also need to forgive each other the wrong done to us and say sorry to those we hurt. Forgiveness is available to all. Be blessed!
Not at all Helen. This is one of the ways I was able to release the hurt-- Anger and resentment from my past. I will do a note to add to the poem later. PC down at home so quickly doing this from the library. Will email you soon. Janice
In as much as we are one with God can we be Holy as He is Holy. Continuing to seek His Face with tunnel-vision is the only way I've found to not allow the distractions of the world and the people in it cause my foot to stumble and keep me on the path of righteousness He has so sacrificially paved for me to follow. Lord, forgive me when I stray from the path and hurt others along the way only because my eyes have left their mark and shifted to me or others - while being simply human. Without You I am nothing; with You I am clean and Holy as Your life flows through me. Blessings for a blessed day on your journey today. XXXO Jody
