The Power of God
We must know that God's power is available to every believer. The power that raised Jesus"from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named" (Ephesians 1;20-21)."Jesus is not weak toward us, but mighty in us." (2 Corinthians13:3)."Though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God" (2 Corinthians 13:4) "We have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God" (1 Corinthians 2:12) Inspired by The Power Of A Praying Woman by Stormie Omaritan
I think sometimes we shudder over Easter time when we think about what Jesus went through before and during the time He was nailed to the cross. It just hit me this weekend that all that must have been a walk in the park in comparison to what He suffered the three days He was in satan's hands. Imagine what satan and his demons must have done to Him. He was alone and the power of God has left Him. He went through all that to save us from satan and to give us access to God's power. His love for us and His sacrifise on our behalf is so icredible. Would we have done something like this for anybody we love?
Gentle Jesus allow me one day to let me kiss the nail marks on Your hands and feet.To be able to bow down to You and to thank you for what You have done to save a little ant of a person like me. You are worthy to be praised. Let every knee bow and tongue confess that you are King. Thank You so much my Precious One.
