Recently it became very clear to me about death. One of the reasons for death is to remind us, remind us about mortality. How final this life is and how our flesh becomes useless.
The World
The way the world is today you and I are just pieces of flesh used for profit.
Our energy, our time, your health is all expendable for the profit of a company. How are you viewed on the balance sheets? You a liability, nice huh?
But, this is the worlds system, this is what happens when sin influences the flesh.
Were consumers, were presented all sorts of marketing with the goal of extracting money from us, were labeled as a Consumer.
Demographics, how old are you, what are your spending habits, how can they drill down into your mind to create a desire so you will buy.
Is this your purpose in life, to be an ATM Machine?
Your flesh has a whole different set of desires if you leave it on its own. Sin makes sure it is never satisfied. It keeps you stressed, you do things that are wrong, but seems so right at the moment, only later to feel the guilt.
Oh, what a purpose we have in this life.
