From melting pot to boiling pot,
The ire within the tribes is burning hot.
Partisan factions prevent vital progress.
As rulers wrestle, the less fortunate regress.
Privileged, power craving men rouse the fray,
Denigrating those who differ with what they say.
Many make their living stirring up discontent,
Using media to dupe and disciple the malcontent.
Even the church is at fault for the present state,
Many confess loving Jesus, while exhibiting hate.
Others desire to live life void of any inhibition,
They rail against all things related to Godly tradition.
Faithless rulers promise to lead to higher dimensions.
Enriching themselves, they retire to their pensions.
The downtrodden seethe for lack of support,
Some see law breaking as their only resort.
Many reels feeling their life has little worth,
They see not a future of hope but one of dearth.
Jeremiah 1: 13. God's Message came again: "So what do you see now?"
I said, "I see a boiling pot, tipped down toward us." (Message Bible)
Man forsakes God; God forsakes man.
Man suffers for he has forsaken God’s plan.
Let us return to God, from Him we began.
Let us not grow faint under the weight of life’s demands.
But, entirely trust God to sustain us by His Almighty hands.
