As I lay on the ground and thoughtfully look up
I wonder how I am so blessed to have the hookup
with a source so powerful and strong
that He helps me to stay away from all wrong.
He painted a quarter moon and a sky that's cloudy.
The clouds hold the moon so it wouldn't get rowdy.
He strategically placed the branches as you can see
to keep the sky from falling down on me.
That painting that He so gracefully made
leaves just one topic that will not fade.
He actually knew that I would be lying here
