This poem was written by my Grandson, Dillon who is 6 years old. He wanted to write a poem and post it on the internet.

My Family
By Dillon Wright

My mom is very pretty
My dad is very strong
I have a dog named Sarge
Who always does things wrong

He always gets off his leash
He runs around the yard
And when I try to catch him
It’s very, very hard!

I have an uncle named Curtis
That has three boys and one girl
And the girl is really sweet
And her hair always curls

Hello Dillon, I enjoyed your poem very much! I hope you will keep on writing. Your family sounds very nice. I have a dog named Obi. He is a beagle and he does things that are wrong too, but we love him anyway. God bless you, Dillon..... Linda Wright
