" Mr Brown, is there anybody you know of who would have a grudge against you and would want to kidnap your daughter?".
Charles took another sip of coffee and thought for a moment. " I cannot think of anybody who would do this to me".
" Ok" Detective Springer said with a smile as he stood up from his chair. " The plain white van does not give us much to go on and I'm trying to find a witness who actually saw the event".
" Thank You for all your help Detective" Charles said as he stood up and shook his hand. " My wife and I appreciate all your assistance to find our daughter".
Charles walked outside and prayed for guidance and assurance that everything would be all right.
