watering my thirst

Your word is every breath I breathe
my life everlasting
Your word is sight to my eyes
a guide along my path
Your word is knowledge to my mind
my triumph over evil
Your word is truth for the world
righteousness for sinners
Your word is everything for all to live
the alpha and the omega.
Infuse me with your word oh God
let every atom of my being be alive in Christ
let His goodness shine through me
Take my will, I give it freely
make me Thine humble servant, use me
for all to see your grace and your glory.
