In this Age of Selfish Acquisition,
New Testament Christianity becomes an illusion,
For the Message of Hope we hide,
While Faith and Love are stressed;
But these three, together, must abide
If God’s people would be brought to their rest.
And only in obedience to their Saviour and Lord
Shall they find good success in this present world.
