Dear friend,
From my close fellowship with faithful saints from the USA, Europe and other parts of the western world, I have observed in almost every instance a withdrawal, rejection or disinterestedness whenever the subject of prosperity comes up. Although the gospel of prosperity is obviously scriptural and based on the natural yet simple laws of sowing and reaping, and giving and receiving (2Cor.9:6-8), certain factors have dulled this once highly exciting and enthusiastic subject, stealing faith from the hearts of our beloved brothers and sisters. Such factors as financial misappropriation and scandal in the body of Christ as we all know.
But since God has made an irrevocable covenant to bless His people, there's a new a living way to our great wealth and abundance in Christ. While the gospel of prosperity requires that we give first in order to receive, (this is what puts off many saints since they no longer have the faith or confidence to expect a harvest) the gift of wealth (2Cor.8:9) - the far more superior covenant - enables us to receive first our inheritance in order to give abundantly, cheerfully and with simplicity (no strings attached).

When God speaks of the new covenant, (the gift of wealth), it means He has made the first one (the law/gospel of prosperity) obsolete. It is now out of date and ready to be put aside.
Deut.1; 6, 7.
.... The LORD said to us, 'You have stayed at this mountain long enough. It is time to break camp and move on. Go up....
It's no longer a secret that God is crowning this year, 2009, with great harvest of answered prayers and abundance of all good things. Ps.65:9-13.
