1 Cor 3:13
"Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is."

"And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:"

"Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was."

1 Tim 1:7
"Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm."
Why? Do I think that the Maranatha Bible Society is a farce? Go to their website and look at their Doctrinal Statement...one line in particular: "We believe that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures." Call them up and ask them to site "the scriptures"...they will tell you that "the scriptures" refer to the epistles of the Apostle Paul! You see, you have to "study", to "rightly divide the word", to be able to discern if a scripture is "to you or for you".
