I never knew it until one day…
I was lost in wonderland
Cherished the food of fools
Licked the wounds of immorality
I never knew where I was
How could I have known this?
When I laid deep in the waters of sin
When all I could drink was gin
I never knew my life was lying on a pin
My eyes had been blindfolded
My mouth was tied
My ears were blocked to advice
I was being led through the valley of the shadow of death
Then He came…
I realized the hand of victory all o’er me
My life laid in the precious bossom of Abraham’s Father
What a day…
I never knew it until He gave me a second chance
Now I know
He saved me!
