Luke 14:11
"For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted."
It is heavily on my heart that there can be added to our lives a pride that should not be there. It happens when we see fruits happening in our lives we could tend to take it on ourselves as "Look what I have done", or "God did it, but look He used me." The Lord put us on this earth to serve Him. What ever gifts or talents we have, may we use them to please Him in all that we do. It is our duty to serve Him. let us without question be led by the Spirit of God. Yes, We do have human tendencies. But when we fall; let us humble ourselves before Him. Let us not also be judgemental toward others. God made them too.
Purpose of Todays' encouragement: Is to remind myself and other believers to Humble ourselves before God and let Him be exhaulted.
