A special reminder to all FaithWriters’ 500 members:
This year’s Page Turner contest is about to close (October 31 is your last chance to enter). So if you have a novel in the works, you have nothing to lose by entering this amazing contest (which is open to FaithWriters’ 500 members only).
1. You don’t need to have your novel completed. As long as you have a good idea where you are going and can show that in a synopsis, and have a first chapter finished, then you are all set to enter.
2. We are looking for the entry that has the greatest potential for publication. If it’s a little rough around the edges at the moment, that’s okay. We’re looking for the diamond in the rough.
If you miss entering this year, you’ll have two years to wait until the Fiction Page Turner comes around again, so don’t put it off. (It’s non-fiction next year.)
Here’s the link to the Page Turner entry page for 500 members:
You will be asked to log in to FaithWriters before it takes you to the page.
If you aren’t a 500 member, but have a novel in the works and have been thinking about signing up to become a financial supporter of FaithWriters, then now is the time to do it. The Page Turner contest is definitely worth entering:
I know the saying is old and worn out, but seriously, you have to be in it to win it. The Page Turner contest is, without question, the biggest contest held at FaithWriters.com each year.
Hope to see you in the list before time runs out.
