If God tells you to go to the river bank and pray each morning for 100 days, would you do it? You have a Choice to say “YES or NO”.
Faith:
Þ Is CERTAIN of God’s promises
Þ Is CONFIDENT of God’s power
Þ ACTS on God’s promises
Þ ESTEEMS Christ above all
Þ OVERCOMES tremendous odds
Þ Is PROOF of your trust in God
Þ Is MEASURED by your TRUST in God
Þ Has no LIMITATIONS
Þ Has no room for FEAR
Conclusion:
When God tells us to do something, we should do it, right? It’s easily said than done. We would like to think that without a doubt in our mind we would do whatever God wants us to do, until he tells us something that doesn’t make since or FEAR starts to set in. It is impossible to please God without faith — Heb. 11:6. Satan will place doubts in our mind about the things God wants us to do to keep us from receiving our reward. We may not always understand how God works, or which direction he’s trying to take us, but If he said it, his word is holy and righteous, capable and able to uphold his promises and nothing is impossible with him. When we are obedient to God’s will, we benefit by becoming heirs of his promises. What have you been praying for? Could what God is asking you to do help you to obtain the desires of your heart? God knows us better than we know our self, therefore, he would not have us bear more than we are able to bear, however, whatever you are asking for may require some tough burdens to overcome in order to reap the promises he has for you.
What are you willing to do for God? Are you up to it?
