As I stated in my last post, I have been gone from this site for some time; since 2005. What a change my life has under gone. Most importantly, God has opened my eyes and given me (and continues to give me) a clearer vision and understanding.
I have used the word of God along with some great inspirations from other authors and enlightened people that God has brought into my life. The statement; "I once was blind but now I see" comes to mind.
For so long I felt and believed that I was disconnected from God. A separate being. I was living my life as though I were unworthy to have a relationship with God and that the abundance, joy, health, prosperity, all the blessings that the Bible speaks of was for those "more enlightened" than I.
God is not some far away entity that I must search and struggle to reach. I now know that God is the Universe. The Universe is God. We are all children of God, "he" in us, us in "him". I picture it as the Universe being a never ending body of water. If I take a scoop of water out of that, it is still water - one in the same - part of the whole.
This is a relief to me and has brought new meaning and purpose into my life. I continue to study and learn, but this foundaton has opened up my spirit and mind. I have a new sense of belonging, growth and knowing. This has truly been a life changing event for me and the ramifications it has brought to mind for helping the rest of the world are astounding!
