In order for any of us to have victory (Power) through JESUS CHRIST we will have to press forward in tough times (pressures of life). Even though this message is not very popular, it still holds true (regardless of our beliefs). For example: if someone doesn’t agree with the law of gravity, yet jumps out of a window from a great feet, that same individual would soon become in agreement with gravity on the way to his \ her death. In plain English, you will regret it! The same holds true with any spiritual law, we can choose to ignore The TRUTH, but eventually we will also suffer the consequences for ignoring IT. Why is that? Because GOD IS THE WORD (John 1:1) and no one and nothing is greater than HIM (Isaiah 14:24).
In The Garden of Eden, Adam & Eve (our first ancestors) had the choice of either eating from (partaking of) The TREE of LIFE or The Tree of Knowledge of good and evil (Genesis 2:14-17). Even though GOD had warned them of the consequences, they still had freedom of choice and the same holds true for us today. We can choose to either suffer for change (to gain newness of life) or suffer for nothing (by remaining the same). The broad path of life is wide (easy to live upon because there’s no pressure). However, The Narrow Gate is extracted by pressure and many times will become uncomfortable (Matthew 7:13-14). This is why so many individuals cannot find The Way of Life or those who finds IT stray from The Path because they think that whatever is painful certainly cannot be of GOD. Yet mislead because GOD is a GOD of ORDER (1 Corinthians 14:33) and HE blows both the north and south winds upon us, so we will be well-balanced.
GOD will never put anything upon us that we cannot handle; HE allows us to be within unusual situations for us to overcome them (all through HIM). GOD knows us better that we know ourselves, for HE IS our CREATOR (Ecclesiastes 11:5). HE knows when we are being arrogant (getting a big head) and may need to be within a humbling situation, for our own good. HE knows when we are insecure and perhaps need to be within some form of authoritative position, so we will have to depend upon HIM (in order to succeed in it). Ever wonder why the most unpleasant people seem to get their way all the time, life looks like they are enjoying it, yet on the inside, they are the most insecure people on the face of this earth. HE knows this and has them where HE wants them, for we all reap what we sow (Galatians 6:7), amen. By GOD BEING MERCIFUL, HE will use the pain (of our mistakes) to enable us not to be entangled with such errors again. GOD is not the author of mischief because HE IS LOVE (1 John 4:16).
Whatever trail you are experiencing, just remember that it is for you to overcome. Therefore, stop looking at what it is not because that’s a distraction to keep you in bondage. I know what it is like to have others laughing in your face, talking behind your back; but look it has not stopped me! I don’t know who they are, but it really does not matter because through GOD I shall overcome all things, 1 John 4:4.
