When you start your Christian walk
You might find yourself with lots of energy
Always wanting to talk to Him, as
Time goes on something’s start to change and
Your whole life starts to rearrange itself!
When the first love is gone,
There is a problem!

It is important for you to understand
Your training day—then things will be okay
Guard your emotions because Christianity
Should not be lived on your feelings!
Things in life will try to steal your heart
But you need to know why
Christ gave you this part!
Talk to God when your
Walk isn't right and He will explain
The meaning of the 'night'
Don't always fight with yourself,
The next time things will appear bright and
Everything will be alright

Thank you for the promise of God's eternal love and grace in your poem. It's not what we do or don't do… his love never changes. Keep sharing in words, Lesley-Anne
