I pray,
Everyday,
To keep the Devil away,
I pray,
Everyday,
So that I won’t stray,
Stray away from God because I want to follow his way,
I pray,
Everyday,
Because God is far away,
But He’s just a prayer away,
Praying is what I do when I feel I have sinned and slipped away,
Praying is what I do when I feel that I’m drifting away,
Away from God and the right way,
For the Devil PREYS on me everyday,
And in every which way,
Except the right way,
For God PRAYS for me every second of everyday,
That I choose HIS way,
The only right way,
He is always there and his hand is out just in case the Devil tries to pull me away,
One day this fight with the Devil will end, and I will be heading away,
Away from the Devil and away from the people who tried to stop me from going the right way,
When I arrive in his gates and in his presence, I will be blown away,
For there will be nothing to say,
For I will lift his name up, exalting and praising him in my own way,
For it will be a glorious day,
I pray that you to will make it, and choose and follow the right way,
But if you choose the Devil’s way,
There will be a strong price to pay,
When you die your soul will be lifted away,
You will be rejected from God’s Kingdom and on away,
You will go to the Devil and there your soul will slowly burn and slowly decay,
For all you had to do was asked God for salvation and pray,
For God reminded us all in the very beginning that there was Only One Way.
