As the light filtered in through the shades of our green curtained window, my eyes opened to the light of another Sabbath Sunday and suddenly I was refreshed with prayer.
Thank you Lord for it is so good to be alive this morning and know that soon I will be gathered with my brothers and sisters in the seat of the sanctuary. I will hear the songs and teachings of Jesus and the spirit of the Lord will not leave there, because He said, “Where two or three are gathered in the name of Jesus, He would be there in the midst.
I know that you will be there Lord to refresh and renew with your living waters. I must take a drink from the waters of life that flow freely from the rock of my salvation, His name is Jesus.
“Whoever drinks of the water will never thirst again. The drink that I shall take will turn into a spring inside of me welling up to eternal life.”
I must taste it daily as I raise my hands in praise. I must taste for it is good. It is like the water from a mountain spring, cold, refreshing and alive and the source will never grow old or disappear.
Have you tasted his Living water? Come, let us gather and take a drink of the waters of life for he gave his life that we might live!
John 7:37-38
