8/2/09 Pastor Alex’s Sunday Sermon: Invading the Impossible Situations Daniel 10:12-13, Acts 3:1-8
We have to communicate with God. We have to engage God into our impossible situations. We have to ask Him what to do and what His will is. We need to PRAY to God no matter how uncomfortable praying may make us feel. We need to get over it and communicate with God.
WE have to engage God. He responds in direct proportions to OUR approach to Him.
Acts 3:1-9 The crippled man at the Beautiful gate was healed. God used Peter to heal this man and God want to use us too. God will never let us down. God will always be there. God is waiting for US to engage Him and to call on Him!
1) We need to get over our fear of prayer.
2) We need to stop saying we are not worthy to pray/talk to God.
3) We need to humble ourselves to God when we pray. We are not in control but God is in control. Once we humble ourselves, he can move into our lives and Invade our Impossible Situation.
Daniel 10:12-13 God hears us the first time we call on Him. Daniel prayed and prayed but got no quick answer from God. God sent him a message saying to NOT lose hope. KEEP pressing on because He hears our prayers and will take care of us.
We must be DETERMINED to touch God like the woman with the issue of blood touched Jesus. Her impossible situation was solved by pursuing God and NOT giving up! We must continue to PURSUE God and our situation will be solved as God INVADES our Impossible Situations! HAVE NO FEAR!! GOD IS A GREAT GOD!!
It is impossible for a Christian to perform at their Maximum Potential when they have fear in their heart. We must BELIEVE that God will come to our RESCUE in the right time. We must BELIEVE THAT God will and can do all things. God’s will IS for us because……
**Greater is HE that is in us than he that is in the world!!
**Nothing is impossible with GOD!!
**Fear NOT! We can do ALL THINGS thru Christ that strengthens Us!
