A political virus is goin' 'round in Washington DC.
A fever that is ragin' causin' a delirium squeeze.
Temperatures and blood pressures are on the rise.
Will this rantin' and ravin' be their demise?
We don't even have to wait for Halloween night
Say politicians attired in a physician's disguise.
Doctors surly can't know the health-care prognosis
We politicians are equipped with a perfect diagnosis.
We know what's best for your health care needs
We'll just eliminate care for the feeble and elderly.
We'll exclude ourselves from this socialist nightmare
But we won't tell the citizens of our select care.
We know what is best for many ailin' Americans.
Oh no, we can't participate in the failin' prescription.
No need to waste money on the weak and the old
We have much better use of your money we hold.
Don't question our ability to bluff our way through
We'll boldly pull the wool over your eyes too.
We really understand that the way to confound
Is to make our empty promises sound profound.
The deaf, dumb and blind they'll never have a clue.
That our true intent is how we're gonna screw you.
Politicians in DC it's health-care they brazenly tout
Shhhhhhhh--- they mus'nt know the lies we spout.
