What a man need? The basic needs are food, clothes, shelter, and others more like education, communication, entertainment and many more. Every thing is available in the world and out of all some of the people enjoy all the facilities except many. In the present civilized society maximum numbers of have not people in India are deprived from proper education, clothes and many more facilities due to shortage of funds as well as non-availability of employment opportunities in spite of available of plenty of natural and human resources in India. Some of the people are having sufficient bank balances which exceeds the limit of crores, millions and billions of rupees where as many others are having zero balance. Even most of the non-educated poor people(daily laborers are not well aware about the banking system of India or do not find the scope or opportunities to open an account because of their financial crisis. The said financial crisis is crated by the rich people. Like earlier feudal system, the rich people of India accumulate their funds in such a manner and, if it is calculated, the entire accumulated funds of the private people of India including accumulated deposits in other foreign banks of foreign countries will exceed the loan amount of India. Basically they are industrialists, politicians and others business men. Hence now is the time to restrict the individual bank balance upto 50 lakhs or one crore(100,00000INR). Is it possible on the part of the administration to implement. Perhaps, no, because most of the administrators, politicians leaders are corrupted and accumulated a huge amount in their name and name of theire relatives. Such restrictions should not be applicable to corporate or account laying in the name of any registered organisations.
