DREAM HORSE
Churn of the wet sand,
Rush of the wind,
Respire the salty air,
Propelling ever faster.
Gallop in rhythm,
Hooves in stride,
The creak of leather,
Reigns in hand.
Moving in unison,
Two become one.
Flying through the air,
No longer a pair.
Sounds of the waves,
Unfolding on shore.
A distant Sun,
Almost shines no more.
The coolness of the breeze,
Exhilarates life to its core.
Feeling so alive,
Riding the high,
Feeling so alive,
Carrying the load.
Seeming as one,
Horse and Man,
Craving each other,
Swimming in the moment.
