There people in this life who will let you down
They can turn a joyous smile into a deep frown.
They seem to suck you dry and leave a big hole
Their turmoil feels as if it goes right into your very soul.
And if this is there job, then they do it really good
If you were to bear a cross they would supply the wood.
So what is there purpose, why are they here?
There joy is in others sorrows, and they always seem near.
There is ONE who can defeat them.
And turn their darkness into light
It may take some time and not be overnight.
And if you have to shake their sand, from your sandals,
And walk away.
Just pray that GOD walks with them, each and every day…
