Bite down hard on this bitter pill
For it ceases pain that you just can’t fill.
And if you breathe too hard the pain will be there
Your whole head hurts, even you hair.
You cry-out to the LORD
Please take this pain away from me
Or let me die, so that I could be free.
And if you breathe real light it does not hurt as much
As you wait for the bitter pill to kick in and open sufferings tight clutch.
If only this were a dream then I could awake
And this bitter pill no longer would I have to take…
