Raining lightly off and on. I looked it up: sometime in the 1880s, and on Jan. 11, 1957, it snowed in Santa Ana. Depending on who you ask, the lowest recorded tempeture of 22 degrees F. occurred in Jan. 1950 (Weather Channel site) and on Dec. 31, 1918 and Jan. 1, 1919 (Wikipedia). I have to wait for next month to find the day in Jan. 1950 that the 22 degree mark was set.

Windy and cold, but sunny. This morning the temp in my bedroom was 55.8 degrees; when I checked outside, it was about 55 degrees as well. Bummer not having a heating system--rather, a working one--but if we ask the landlady or owner to put in a new heating system, she'll raise our rent, which we can't afford. Besides, we're sure the thermostat is on the other side of the house, which we can't get to.

Hi :D Another damp morning, however this one is the prelude to falling temps. Currently in the 50s but by nightfall our temps will fall to 29-30 degrees. Brrrr, I need to move further south.

Currently living in the land of perpetual FOG. NEVER seen it this foggy around Christmas time-- Rudolph must've had to put in a heck of a lot of overtime.

Today, could see some sky. I think. Or blue-grey rain clouds. Not sure.
