... OK miss "Sassy Senior!" I hear you loud and clear & by no means was I disregarding your views as being old & out-dated nor was I saying you have low sex drive. Neither am I thinking am the new authority or indicating that I know more than God.
We are basically on the same page... Yes, I agree the Bible says it all. Homosexuality, fornication, incest & the lot....my point is that there are new spins on old classics! Now there is child porn, sadism, masochism etc and these things are happening both in the sanctity of marriage and outside of it.
The original question was if it is OK to talk about all of this (sex). My believe, yes. I agree with you in stating that as long as the ultimate goal is to give God the praise. So if a married christian man/woman wants to share his/her struggles with "child porn" or "multiple partners" for example, then by all means speak out! The descriptions can be implicit, but certain details surrounding the act of sex may need to be presented to highlight a certain point or transition etc.
Bottom line: don't be too graphic, but talk about sex as long as it's not for mere pleasure but ultimately to glorify God.
