Glad to hear about the tossing of the clothes. That's the best feeling, for sure. I should have saved my biggest sized jeans for that picture, but I wanted to lose all temptation to ever go back.
It's so weird, though...The first time I lost weight, when I was 24, I wore size 20 jeans beforehand and they were snug. When I gained the weight back, I could still squeeze into an older pair of size 14 jeans. I don't know if I was carrying the weight differently, or if manufacturers are making the sizes differently, or what, but it did baffle me. I distinctly remember changing jean sizes a lot as I lost weight that first time, but this time around, I've only dropped from 14/16 to size 12, and I've lost a solid 34 lbs. I did use to buy Old Navy jeans, though, and maybe they have a different sizing chart. I stopped buying jeans there after they made their waistlines too low.
