This week has gone well with exercise and my new diet plan. I'm eating well, and have more energy. My husband has noticed that my walking pace has picked up. That is just one of the benefits I'm seeing from this diet change. There was a day this week where all I wanted was my comfort food - a cherry coke,Cheeze-its, and any kind of sugary snack. I ate a small apple and prayed for God's strength. Thank you for your continued support and prayers. I need it.
