At the risk of having the appearance that I have not done enough research, I have a question that 15 minutes of scanning my account page has not been been able to answer.
I have a specific question regarding the automatic payments and the level of my membership. Could someone contact me or direct me to where I can ask about this?

Never hesitate to ask a question. Usually there is someone who would know or know the person to point you in the right direction or know a person who knows the person who knows who to point you to or something like that.
