I share the gospel, as I said, through my writings mostly. I also share in person with other people and through prayer.

I am looking forward the what Mike posted in Private Messages about sharing :typing2 our testimony.

Does anyone know when that is going to happen?
God Bless the beasts and the children
Give them shelter from the storms.
Children are our tomorrow
Keep them daily from the sorrow
Of the beasts in life

I have a long way to go as a writer; but, I just started my own website 3 months ago and am in the proces of launching an advertising campaign. I advertise my site - the site doesn't have advertising on it.
I have bumper stickers, magnetic door signs, pens, newspaper ads, etc.
For face to face witnessing I frequently wear attire from VOM and have never done so without someone commenting or inquiring.
I recent joined the Be-A-Voice Network and am spreading those wings with flyers I post along with my web flyers.
I also launched my own Blog about about 2 months ago.

In Brotherly Love,

Wayne

tomoral wrote:I share the gospel mostly through my writings. I try to reach as many people as I can by writing simple articles for people who, like me, need a simple understanding of Jesus Christ. I am an infant in my Chrisitanity, only three years old. I became born again when I almost lost my life, and Jesus saved me.

Unfortunately, most of the people around me don't want to hear about Jesus, with the exception of my son. He thinks it's wonderful that I have found Christ. He was raised in a Christian School, one of the things he did have growing up was an understanding of God I never really knew until recently.

So, at this point, I write. As I have said before, if I help one person with anything I write, l will feel I have saved a life, as Jesus saved mine. Hopefully I will reach more.

I also feel the best way to share the gospel in person is to live the best life I know how, treat others with love and forgiveness and keep trying to do the next right thing. Sharing by example is the best way I know how right now.

If others see the light of Jesus in my eyes, they just might want it too. Words often fall by the wayside, but actions speack much more loudly than words.

I also am an advocate for the homeless and abused children. Some of my writings reflect this in order to reach those who might feel the need to help in some way.

I love my country, as well. I pray it will return to the God loving country it was a few decades ago, when I was growing up and Jesus was apart of most every one I knew.

God Bless, Lynn :thankssign

Have just found this post in my 'excursions' around this forum and found it to be an excellent example of how we can live our lives in the face of the obstacles that the enemy throws our way. Being a light for Jesus is more powerful than lip service and like you say, our actions speak more loudly than words. Thanks for sharing your insights... God bless.

When I first became a Christian, I lived in Orlando Florida and took the bus to and from work everyday. I had this giant Bible that I carried with me. I would sit in the very back, if a seat was available, and try to position myself in the center seat. That way, anyone getting on the bus could see me. Well, I would open up my Bible and just read. Not aloud, but to myself. I'm amazed at how much attention I got from doing that :). From those who would say, "isn't that nice young man, good to see you reading the Word," to those trying to interrupt me from reading. There was one guy who shouted out, "I love satan!" All while staring at me. I had conversations with Moslems, Bahai, Mormons, JW's, Seventh day Adventist, Athiest, Satanist, and a lot of homeless. It was a great time in which I had what my wife called a bus ministry.

I had a shirt once that was a misprint. I paid three bucks for it but it ended up being one of the greatest ice breakers I've ever had.
It was of a portrait of Jesus with the words "Knock, Knock," printed on it. The misprint was they accidentally printed the shirt upside down. So many people walking down the street would ask, "why is Jesus upside down?" To which I would reply that it's us that's upside down and if you want, I can tell you how you can be made "right side up" with God.

Being creative is a big key in witnessing. I love how Ray Comfort uses different tactics to draw in people to hear the Gospel. LivingWaters is a great ministry to learn how to share your faith with others.

At the moment, I like to blog and post on other sites to spread the Word. I witness one on one when I can, and I love to talk with coworkers. In the near future my wife and I will be doing a newsletter and passing it out to anyone who will take it.
I drive a school bus, so I'm not supposed to share my faith with the students. However, there is a loop hole where if asked, I can answer. So I do :). For Christmas, we handed out the Genius movie DVD's, from Living Waters, to coworkers and students. It was well received and we pray for their salvation.

Thanks for reading the ramblings of a rambler,
Joseph

Yeah, it's amazing how he handles the crowds and stuff. He's so quick on his feet! You can tell he's been evangelizing for quite a long time :).

Buy Gravity for just the cost of shipping.

Postby mikeedwards » Wed Mar 13, 2013 10:10 am

Hey FaithWriters,

I have thousands of copies of and evangelisim book I wrote "Gravity True For You But Not For Me" sitting in a fufillment center. The book has received a lot of great comments but sitting in a box those copies are doing nothing. I am offering them to FaithWriters members for the cost of shipping only. This is roughly $15 for a box of 80 delivered to you. If you order them you must use them. They are great for youth groups, college age, jail ministries or just on the street. Get a box or more for your youth group or church and challenge them to read it and then pass it out. Get some for your churchs jail ministry or college ministry. You can order them on our website at http://www.god-evidence-truth.com. You can read some of the feedback on our website and on Amazon. Here is a comment we just received today.

Gordon Howard has sent you a message using your contact form at:
http://www.god-evidence-truth.com/ Michael I have ordered books a couple times now and have had nothing but good responses from the inmates that read it. I had one approach me with tears in his eyes thanking me for giving him a book that answered questions he has always wondered about regarding the Bible. I had another one ask me for another copy so he could mail it to his family to read. Another one told me that everyone in his pod was passing it around reading it, the cover made people ask what he was reading. He then asked if I could get more. I would like twenty more books please. It's nice to be able to give a concise apologetic at an affordable price. I also appreciate the fact that the Gospel being spread is your top priority. I pray that God blesses your ministry we need more like it.
