Mike needs prayer

Hi Faithwriters family,
Mike broke his foot New Years Eve day flying his kite-seriously. Please pray for his restoration and mobility and frankly pray for me to be filled with grace and more patience! We are living in our motor home for the winter and there are many new duties that are now on my list and I feel a bit overwhelmed. Hooking up sewer lines- O my stars- disgusting doesn't even come close....I didn't realize how much he did around here . More gratitude is another color of the latest portrait which I believe God is sketching on my spirit.

Oh my, you're in a motor home! I assume you're living in a snow-free and freeze-free area. You have my prayers and also a word of thanks that the injury was not as severe as it might have been.

There is a big kite. I was using a 12 meter kite the day I broke my foot. Very freak accident to happen on the water kiteboarding.

Thanks for clarifying the "kite" thing Mike. My visuals included only the cow and tail, since I know nothing about kiteboarding. Now, I'm no longer scratching my head.

Glad you're survived, I hope the kite did too.

That video was pretty amazing Mike-who knew? I know it has been a month since your freak accident, but I also know that when we break anything that we are so accustomed to using, it can be really hard to heal because often we try to do too much too soon. I pray that you will get the rest / Physical therapy you need and let yourself completely heal before any more adventures -- ha! Bea, I pray that you will have the patience you requested girl, but honestly I think that is one of your strengths, along with your kindness.
