My new eBook: Tortured Mind, Poetic Heart

Postby ConnieRae » Sat Dec 22, 2012 10:35 am

If you love poetry, especially Christian poetry, get my ebook here in the Faithwriters website and check it out. I write about my struggles with my mental illness but also my faith in Christ when stabilizes me. I believe you will find the eBook very inspiring. Thanks for your support!!!

Congratulations on getting your book done and out there for the world to see. That's not always an easy thing for people to do.

You may want to pop into the newbie nook and introduce yourself so that others will get to know you and if you put a link to your book in the signature more people will be able to see it every time you post.

I also know if you become a platinum (also known as 500 member) you can have your book sold on the site for free. Check out this link:
http://ebooks.faithwriters.com/authors-learn-more.php

There are also tons of other reasons to become a gold or 500 member. You can enter the weekly challenge and many people will read your stories each week and give you constructive critiques to help you become the best writer possible. Also you have access to the Critique Circle which is a great place to give and receive feedback. There are also online writing classes, plus discounts on other great services as well as contests such as page-turners.

Good luck and I hope to see you around on the forums and hopefully the challenge or the general submissions will be a great place to read your works.

Thanks Shann, oh I have been a 500 platinum member since 2010 but just recently posted my first poetry eBook in the eBook area. I think it would be of comfort for those who struggle with depression or any kind of emotional or mental symptoms or illness because my poetry always leads to our relationship with Christ and how God can get us through rough times... there is some love poetry in it too that is cheery and some good stuff to share with others... I really think people can relate to my poetry. I post a lot of poetry on Faithwriters too and usually enter a poem in the challenges rather than an actual story or article. I like telling stories with my poetry...

Happy reading and writing everybody!!!

Now it's clicking a bit and I know who you are. In the forums I often don't connect the handles with the names on the challenges. I just saw the date you started posting and that it was your first post so I didn't connect. You may want to link your FW profile in with your signature so each time you post it will show up as a link so people can see all of your work. I've done it on mine and it is a nice way to connect the two different sections of FW! :thumbs

Hi Connie, Congratulations on your poetry book. Could you please put a link to it in this forum so it can be found easily. Thanks,
